In addition to enjoying greater well-being, when you attend the Feel Better Class, you will also improve your posture and get stronger.
Each week, we work on mindfulness, core work, keeping safe from injury, and self-nurturing.
Class also includes upper and lower body strengthening, cardio intervals, vagal toning techniques, and practicing optimal foot and pelvic alignment. (This is because feet are the base for legs and your pelvis is the base for your spine–and columns are best supported by level bases.)

Get quiet and listen, to hear the promptings of your inner wisdom
Breathwork is an efficient tool for shifting your mood and mental state. Come explore a variety of breathwork techniques, and learn how to use this tool to feel better every day.
Ā strength + cardio
Most of us need more exercise for optimal health and happiness
Exercise helps us feel better physically and mentally. Our focus is on learning to find and strengthen in neutral, because neutral is the safest alignment for joints. We also stretch and work to improve range of motion.
All activities can be modified to a lower (or higher) intensity depending on what’s best for you. Class includes sitting, standing, and lying down. If you can’t get up and down from the floor, please contact me about whether this class is right for you. (We can probably figure out appropriate accommodations or modifications for you.)

More ENERGY More JOY when you do this
Stress and negative emotions can build up over time if we don’t take the time to address them. Learn accessible, effective techniques for de-stressing and discharging negative emotions. As with all elements of this class, there is a lot of information and depth here, so it can take multiple classes to learn and integrate this material.
Reducing stress and anxiety is a vital part of feeling better!
